Congratulations to Milngavie Golf Club husband and wife team, Alan and Jill Foggo who won the Mulguy Wheel Open Mixed Foursomes on Sunday 18th May 2008. This very popular competition was heavily subscribed as usual, with entrants from all over the region.

Alan and Jill were first out and came back with a net 64.5, Gross 69!!, a spectacular feat in a very testing format.

The popular Milngavie GC couple are stalwarts of the club and we are all delighted at their success.

The picture below shows Jill and Alan flanked by club captain David Blair and Mrs Blair. On the outside are Laura and George Robertson, organisers of the Mulguy Wheel, whose work was much appreciated by all who took part.
