Update
We play Windyhill in the quarter final of the McCrone league on the 17th of August. We are waiting to hear where the neutral venue will be.
If we win that game the 24th is ear marked for the semi's.
With a bit of luck we could be playing three weeks running.
Cheers, Stuart (Graham)

Thomson Mc Crone team won 5 v 0 today at home against Campsie. Looks like we have qualified to the quarter finals as group winners ( unofficial ).
All the guys again would like to thank club captain David Blair for giving up his time and coming along to support the team. We have all appreciated his help and encouragement.
24/6/08, From Stuart Graham
Mc Crone team have played 5 matches,
We have won at home against Cawder 3 - 2, and we beat Kirkintilloch 5 - 0.
We drew against Campsie and Kirkintilloch away from home.
We lost at Cawder 3.5 - 1.5 away from home.
Next game is at home against Campsie on the 29th of June.
Qualification from the group is very tight between Milngavie and Kirkintilloch. Kirkintilloch's last match is away to Cawder which is not easy. Both teams are on 8 points at the moment. If both teams win their last game Kirkintilloch would go through as they would pick up 3 points for an away win whereas we would only receive 2 points.
In the event of not going through as group winners a home win may still be good enough to progress as one of the 2 best losers out of the six sections.
18th May 2008
2.5 v 2.5 away draw at Campsie golf club. 2 points for a draw away from home.
Sunday 20th April
The result was a 2.5 v 2.5 draw away at Kirkintiilloch. 2 points for a draw away from home.
Many thanks to the club captain David Blair for coming along and supporting the team, it was much appreciated.
